We want you to understand your return and refund options before placing an order. Please review this policy carefully.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order has been delivered.

If items from the same order are delivered separately, the 14-day return period begins when the final item in the order is delivered.

If the final day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day where required by applicable law.

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising a statutory right of withdrawal. However, providing a reason can help us process your request more efficiently.

Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try it on

  • Free from damage, alteration, perfume, cosmetics, or signs of extended wear

  • Returned with its original packaging where reasonably available

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We may reduce a refund where permitted by law if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it or has lost value because of damage, wear, alteration, or improper care.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

How to Request a Return

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

After notifying us of your return, please send the item back within 14 calendar days.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. We cannot process a refund for an item that does not reach the designated return address unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

We do not charge a standard restocking fee.

Where required by applicable law, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional amounts paid for express, upgraded, or non-standard delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Customs duties, import taxes, currency-conversion fees, or other charges paid directly to third parties cannot be refunded by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

The 14-day change-of-mind return period does not limit any legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items altered or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item if you would like to request a different product or color.

Exchanges depend on product availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In some cases, the quickest option may be to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel an order before it has been fulfilled.
