Thank you for shopping with Sterling Silver Jewelry. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, estimated delivery time, shipping charges, tracking, customs fees, and how delivery issues are handled.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

This estimated timeframe includes:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing

  • Shipping and transit time after dispatch

The 7–12 business day estimate is the total estimated time from order placement to delivery. It is not an additional 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery disruptions, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 USD or more.

For orders below $50 USD, the available shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free-shipping promotions may be subject to clearly stated destination, order-value, or product restrictions.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations are shown during checkout.

If your address cannot be serviced by the available shipping carriers, we may contact you to request an alternative address or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to begin updating after the shipping label has been created.

A tracking number does not necessarily mean that the package has already reached the destination country. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan and update the shipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly collected during checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Customs authorities determine the amount of these charges and the time required for customs processing. We do not control customs fees or customs clearance times.

A delay caused by customs processing does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Delayed Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier where appropriate.

If we are unable to dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay and provide an updated estimate.

Where required by applicable law, you will also be given the option to cancel the delayed order and receive a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution based on the available tracking information and applicable law.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct

  2. Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, reception areas, and safe delivery locations

  3. Ask household members, building staff, or neighbours

  4. Contact the local shipping carrier

  5. Contact us if the package still cannot be found

We may ask you to provide information needed for a carrier investigation.

Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your package and product as soon as possible after delivery.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and responding to reasonable carrier or customs notices.

If a package is refused, left unclaimed, or returned because the recipient did not complete the required delivery or customs process, any refund will be reviewed after the package has been returned to us.

Actual non-refundable shipping, customs, handling, or return charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

A refund cannot be issued before the returned package has been received or reliable proof of return is available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation before the order has been fulfilled.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides broader delivery, cancellation, replacement, or refund rights, those legal rights will apply.
